Question 1

What does the one-time video purchase provide?

Accepted Answer

The one-time video purchase is $5.99 USD, charged once, and grants one eligible video generation.

Question 2

What monthly plans are available?

Accepted Answer

The current monthly plans are 5 videos for $24.99/month, 10 videos for $49.99/month, 25 videos for $99.99/month, and 50 videos for $199.99/month.

Question 3

Do monthly videos roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. The monthly allowance resets each billing period, and unused videos do not roll over.

Question 4

How does paid access relate to video generation?

Accepted Answer

Concept exploration and saving are free. Starting an accepted video-generation request requires eligible paid access. The generation access check runs when the request starts and consumes one eligible credit for each accepted request.

Question 5

What happens to one-time versus subscription access?

Accepted Answer

One-time video credits do not expire. Subscription videos can be used while the subscription is active and during the current billing period. When generation starts, the app’s paid-access check is the source of truth.

Question 6

What do I need before checkout or generation?

Accepted Answer

The existing flow requires an account and acceptance of the current Terms of Use before protected checkout or generation actions.

Question 7

What happens after payment?

Accepted Answer

Hosted checkout returns to the payment success flow. That flow verifies and fulfills the payment before paid access is reflected. See the video plans for the current options and comparison.
